Nathalie de Champlain

With almost 15 years of experience in Marketing & Communications, Nathalie de Champlain has been a key member of the senior management team at Garda since August 2005. In her role as Vice President, Marketing & Communications, she has overall responsibility for managing Marketing &Communications strategies for Canada, the United States and Europe. She greatly contributed to the development and implementation of Garda's corporate branding, integration of the acquired companies, and the creation of the new GardaWorld brand image. She also oversees all the communications with different stakeholders including the media, clients and 50,000 dedicated professionals working for Garda. She has recently been appointed to the role of Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO. She will maintain her marketing and communications responsibilities while working in collaboration with the CEO on special projects and assignments. Prior to Garda, she worked for L'Oreal Canada for four years. As Brand Manager, she was responsible for the launch of Garnier Skin Naturals, and as public relations officer, she oversaw the communications strategy for four brands. She also worked for the Canadian government and for an advertising agency. Ms. de Champlain recently graduated from John Molson School of Business, Concordia, where she obtained an Executive MBA in 2008. She also has a Bachelor Degree in Public Communications as well as a Certificate and a Masters degree in political science from Laval University.
