Patrick Prince

As Chief Financial Officer based in Montreal, Mr. Patrick Prince comes to Garda with 25 years experience in management, operations and finance. For ten years he served as CFO at Air Liquide Canada, Inc., the world's leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial gases, doubling sales and quadrupling profits during that time. He also directly negotiated 20 business acquisitions and served on the company's Board of Directors. Most recently, Mr. Prince was Executive Vice President at Groupe Emballage Induspac, Inc., a manufacturing packaging solutions and products provider, where he was head of the company's packaging solutions division. Earlier in his career, he held auditing management positions at Ernst and Young and KPMG. He is a graduate of HEC-Montreal and a member of l'Ordre des comptables agrees du Quebec.
