Patrick Prince
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

With over 25 years of experience in management, operations and finance, Patrick Prince has now taken on the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Garda’s head office in Montréal. Mr. Prince was CFO at Air Liquide Canada, the world's leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial gases for ten years. During his tenure, he helped double sales and quadruple profits. He also directly negotiated 20 business acquisitions and served on the company's board of directors.

Most recently, Mr. Prince was an executive vice president at Groupe Induspac, a manufacturer and provider of packaging products and services, where he was head of the company's packaging solutions division. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ernst & Young and KPMG in audit management positions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from HEC Montréal.

Christopher W. Jamroz
President and Chief Operating Officer – Garda Cash Logistics

Christopher W. Jamroz is President and Chief Operating Officer of Garda Cash Logistics. In his role he is responsible for strategic leadership and all Garda Cash Logistics operations focusing on new business development, forming close strategic partnerships with clients, best-in-class service quality, product development and technological innovation as well as effective cross-selling of Garda’s broader value-added service offering.

Previously, Mr. Jamroz, senior client executive at J.P.Morgan Chase & Co., was one of the most trusted and respected advisors to executive management teams and boards of directors of leading corporations. He served as an advisor to public and private companies across a broad spectrum of industries including consumer products, retail, apparel, media, software, technology, transportation and logistics, restaurant and lodging, gaming, financial services, building products, paper and packaging, manufacturing and diversified industrial.

A strategic leader with a global perspective and widely recognized industry leading business development and tactical effectiveness track record, Mr. Jamroz provided advice and counsel with respect to the entire range of investment and corporate banking services including shareholder value maximization strategies, leveraged financings, debt and equity capital markets, credit risk management, currency and rates risk hedging and derivative instruments, as well as treasury and cash management.

Earlier in his career, he held a variety of senior management positions in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom involved with international mergers and acquisitions, evaluating and executing retail banking and brokerage expansion strategies.

Born in Poland, Mr. Jamroz grew up in the United Kingdom. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies with First Class Honors from the University of Central England, and an MBA with Distinction from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He has been involved in various advisory councils and charitable organizations, most notably as Co-Founder and Chairman of the United Foundation for the Education of Children, active supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City as well as Chair of Junior Achievement programs. Mr. Jamroz is a tenured mentor to MBA and graduate business programs students at Schulich School of Business, and serves as a member of the Royal Ontario Museum Board of Trustees.

Oliver Westmacott
President and Chief Operating Officer, GardaWorld

Oliver Westmacott is President and Chief Operating Officer of GardaWorld with responsibility for managing the strategy and direction of the company’s Global Risk Consulting Group.

Mr. Westmacott joined Garda as Managing Director of the company’s operations in the Kurdistan region of northern Iraq, which he established in 2003. Forging strong and durable relationships with the Kurdish government and the international oil and gas industry, he quickly grew the operations to become the largest private security provider in Northern Iraq. In his role, Mr. Westmacott pioneered a global risk model and service platform that combines global expertise with local knowledge and cultural awareness.

Under his direction, GardaWorld became the region’s market leader in low profile mobile and large-scale remote site security in the oil and gas and related services industries in Northern Iraq. Today GardaWorld provides comprehensive security services protecting client assets and personnel on over 3,000 square kilometers in the region.

Before joining GardaWorld, Mr. Westmacott spent three years working in venture capital in London, focused on early stage UK investments in a variety of sectors. In 1999, he co-founded an equities trading software company based in Austin, Texas and served as Chief Operating Officer, helping to develop a market leading quote server and web-based trading platform that was later acquired by a leading investment house.

The son of a British diplomat, Mr. Westmacott was born in Iran, has lived in Turkey, France, Belgium, East Africa, the United States and Iraq and travelled extensively in Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and South America. He is a graduate of Warwick University with a degree in Politics and French and is the founder of Emerging Collection, an investment fund building a collection of works by emerging British artists.

Marc-André Aubé, P. Eng, MBA, CFA
COO Security Solutions, Canada

As Chief Operating Officer of Security Solutions, which includes physical security, pre-board screening operations, investigation and pre-employment screening, Marc-André Aubé manages 20,000 employees in Canada and over $465 million in annual revenues.

Mr. Aubé joined Garda in 2007 as Special Advisor to the CEO. One of his first mandates was realigning physical security operations in Canada to profitably expand the business.

He began his career as a chemical engineer in charge of business development for a specialized chemical product organization that focused on enhancing the productivity of paper mills and water treatment plants.

He completed his MBA at HEC Montréal, specializing in finance, while managing 18 retail sites for Petro-Canada, generating over $60 million in annual revenues. Mr. Aube then joined Scotia Capital, where he was directly involved in financing the rapid growth of many Canadian success stories including: Dorel, Rona, Couche-Tard, Van Houtte, Jean-Coutu and SNC-Lavalin.

His career path then took him to the Caisse de Dépôt et placement du Québec, one of the largest pension funds in Canada. In only four years, the private investment portfolio he managed grew form $200 million to $1.2 billion. While at the CDPQ, Mr. Aubé negotiated financing for several major international companies such as Bombardier, TransForce and HCA. In early 2006, he arranged financing for Garda’s acquisitions.

His outstanding oratorical skills led Mr. Aube to teach Common Stock Valuation to MBA students at HEC Montréal. He also obtained a CFA designation and coached CFA candidates in training sessions.

Mr. Aubé is a member, and an ambassador of the University of Montreal’s Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer (IRIC). The IRIC’s mission is to shed light on the mechanisms of cancer and to discover new, more effective therapies to counter this plague.

Guy Côté
Vice President and Chief Security Officer

Mr. Côté is Vice President and Chief Security Officer. In his role, he is responsible for security rules and regulations, physical security, asset protection and risk management for the company. Before joining Garda in 2007, Mr. Côté had 28 years of service at the Sûreté du Québec, where he held the position of Director of the State Security Directorate. During his career, he was responsible for intelligence services, close protection of political personalities, security for the National Assembly, background checks and physical technical security. He was also in charge of the Firearms Act and Security officers’ permits issuance. In partnership with the Ministry of International Relations, he was responsible for the integrity and security of the Quebec delegations worldwide. He has greatly contributed to the Quebec Government Security Strategic Orientation Committee.

Mr. Côté has completed a senior executive management course at the Centre for Research and Studies in Management at HEC Montréal. He also holds a degree in administration from the Université du Québec, in Biophysical Education from Concordia University and in National Security from the Canadian Forces College. Mr. Côté is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP), and of the Quebec Police Directors’ Association (QPDA).

Nathalie de Champlain
Vice President, Marketing & Communications and Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO

Nathalie de Champlain has over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications. She has been a key member of the senior management team at Garda since August 2005. As Vice President of Marketing & Communications, she is in charge of worldwide marketing and communications strategies. Her contributions include helping to develop and implement Garda's corporate branding, to integrate acquired companies, and to create GardaWorld’s new brand image.

Ms. de Champlain also oversees all of the company’s communications with stakeholders including the media, clients and the 45,000 dedicated professionals working for Garda. In 2009, she was appointed Chief of Staff for the Office of the CEO. She has maintained her marketing and communications responsibilities while collaborating on special projects and assignments with the CEO.

Prior to Garda, Ms. de Champlain worked for L'Oreal Canada for four years. As brand manager and public relations officer, her accomplishments include launching Garnier Skin Naturals and overseeing the communications strategy for four brands. Earlier in her career, she worked for the Canadian government and for an advertising agency.

In 2008, Ms. de Champlain obtained an Executive MBA from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, and also holds a bachelor’s degree in public communications, a certificate and a master’s degree in political science from Laval University.

Patrice Boily
Senior Vice President, Office of the CEO

Patrice Boily has 21 years of experience in operations management, specializing in business process reengineering. Mr. Boily worked as an independent advisor for several high-tech firms that were going through significant changes ranging from rapid growth to mergers, acquisitions, major moves or even shutdowns. Recognized for his qualities as an efficient leader and creative executive, he has greatly contributed to Garda's growth since June 2003, starting with the integration of Secur within Garda.

As the COO of the Canadian cash logistics operation, he leads the team and oversees the expansion of the new greenfield business in Ontario. He also assists with the implementation of CashTRAK in the US.

Before joining Garda, Mr. Boily was Vice President of Operations at Touchtunes Music where he completed a reengineering mandate resulting in a 35% decrease in operating costs for the company. Prior to that, he led operations at Dentalmatic and Discreet Logic where he had to integrate operations centers in Boston, Chicago, Lyon in France, and Newbury in Great Britain.

Mr. Boily is an industrial engineer and is a graduate of the École Polytechnique de l'Université de Montréal.

Chantal Baril, MBA
Vice President, Screening

As Vice President of Security Screening Services, Mrs. Baril leads the implementation of Garda’s culture of excellence throughout its screening operations in addition to accelerating growth in Canada and abroad while improving operational performance. Garda currently provides pre-board security screening services at 26 airports throughout Canada.

During a 24 year career with Air Canada, Mrs. Baril occupied key leadership roles, most recently as President and CEO of Air Canada’s Ground Handling Services where she managed 8,000 employees throughout North America, establishing a strong service platform while delivering excellent performance and superior levels of customer service. Mrs. Baril successfully led a number of major initiatives while at Air Canada, including safety procedures, recruiting strategies, labor relations, revenue generation and cost controls.

Mrs. Baril has obtained her MBA in June 2011 from Universities Paris Dauphine/UQAM. She is a graduate of the Université de Montréal where she obtained a B.A and M.A. and has also completed Executive Management training at McGill University and Cornell University. She is certified Six Sigma 'Green Belt'.
