Stephan Crétier
MBA Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Garda World Security Corporation
Mr. Crétier has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Garda World Security Corporation and the majority of its subsidiaries since June 1999. Mr. Crétier holds a Minor in Arts & Science from the University of Montreal and a college degree in Administration from Montmorency College. After a career as a senior manager in a security firm where he was responsible for strategic growth initiatives and operations in Eastern Canada, he founded Garda in 1995. Mr. Crétier is actively involved in the community, notably through his participation in numerous community and charitable activities. He is a member of the Board of the Montreal Economic Institute, an independent, non-profit think tank promoting an economic approach to the study of public policy issues.
Jean-Luc Landry
President, Landry Morin
Mr. Landry holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Collège Ste-Marie and pursued graduate studies in economics at the University of Ottawa. Mr. Landry started his career as an analyst for the Sun Life Insurance Company of Canada in 1970. In 1973, he was part of the founding team of Canagex Placements Ltée, where, as vice president, he was responsible for asset allocation and fixed income portfolios. In 1978, he joined Lévesque Beaubien where he was in charge of Government financing, in particular for the Province of Québec, Hydro-Québec, New Brunswick and the City of Montreal. In 1981, Mr. Landry joined Bolton Tremblay as vice president and portfolio manager and became president in 1987. In 1994, he led a management buy-out of the firm. Following the merger of Bolton Tremblay with Montrusco and Associates, he was president and chief executive officer of Montrusco Bolton from 1999 to May 2000. This corporation had then $ 9 million in assets under management. Jean-Luc Landry is past president of the Association des Conseillers Financiers du Québec and of the Association des Économistes Québécois. Jean-Luc Landry is a member of the board of directors of Technoparc Montreal, the biggest R&D Park in Canada which has more than $1.5 billion in investments. He is a member of the board of directors of Optimum Reassurance and a member of the executive committee of IFM2. Jean-Luc Landry is President of Landry Morin Inc.
François Plamondon
President & CEO, Iscopia
Mr. Plamondon, CA, has been the Chairman of the Corporation’s Audit Committee for several years. Mr. Plamondon is currently the President and CEO of Iscopia Software, previously named HR Alloy Canada Inc. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Victoria Square Ventures Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Corporation of Canada, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Synchro Sport Divertissement. Previously, Mr. Plamondon was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Avestor Limited Partnership, President and Chief Operating Officer of TouchTunes Music Corporation and Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Discreet Logic. Mr. Plamondon is a former Ernst & Young partner, LLP’s having acted in Corporate Finance and previously as an audit partner.
Pierre-Hubert Séguin

Mr. Séguin has been a director and the Corporate Secretary of the Corporation and an appointed director for most of its subsidiaries since July 2003. He attended the University of Montreal obtaining a degree in civil law in 1993 and the same year obtained an attestation d’études from the Université de Poitier, France. Mr. Séguin also has a Master’s degree in law from the University of Montreal and has been a member of the Quebec Bar Association since 1995. Mr. Séguin is the principal partner of a law firm specialized in transactional business and securities law. His practice has led him to act as corporate secretary and advisor to numerous public companies and venture capital firms, in particular in the context of more than fifty reverse take-over bids, stock market listings or initial public offerings. Mr. Séguin is a director of the public companies Carbon & Green Corporation and Nevado Venture Capital Corporation.
Hélène Desmarais

Mrs. Desmarais holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from HEC Montréal. Founder, CEO and Chair of the Board of Administration of the Centre d'entreprises et d'innovation de Montréal (CEIM), she is Chair of the Board of the HEC Montreal and Deputy Chairman and founder of the International Advisory Board of HEC Montreal. Mrs. Desmarais is President of the Advisory Board and member of the Board of Governors of the Conference of Montreal (International Economic Forum of the Americas, 1995), Chair of the University of Montreal's Faculty of Medicine Advisory Committee, and President of the Board of Administration of The Montreal Economic Institute (2007). She is also Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra and Chairman of the Board of its foundation. She is a member of the Conseil des partenaires de l'innovation (CIP), which falls under the aegis of Quebec's Ministry of Développement économique, Innovation et Exportation.

Since retiring as Commissioner of the RCMP in 2000, Mr. Murray is President of J Philip Murray Strategic Advisors Inc., a firm specializing in directional advice to clients in the private and public sectors. He currently sits on a number of public and private sector Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards, including: Chairman of the Board of Governors at Canada’s largest Academic Health Science Centre, The Ottawa Hospital; Vice-Chairman Strategy of the National Security Group; Honorary Co-Patron, RCMP Heritage Centre; Member of the Advisory Panel for Healing and Reconciliation; The Cornwall Commission of Inquiry; Member of the Board of Directors, Pearson Peacekeeping Centre; Member of the Board of Governors, University of Ottawa Heart Institute, Member of the International Council of Experts on Drug Trafficking, Government of Mexico, Associate Editor Frontline Security Magazine; Member of the Advisory Board, Black Coral Inc., and Member of the Board of Directors and Governance Committee, Garda World Security Corporation.
Mr. Murray holds a Bachelor of Business Administration ("with great distinction") and a Certificate in Personnel Administration from the University of Regina, Saskatchewan, He is also a graduate of the Canadian Police College Advanced Police Studies Program and the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) National Executive Institute.
Richard Drutman
Director
Mr. Drutman has served as Vice Chairman of Garda Cash Logistics in the United States since January 2011. He joined the organization in 2001 and served previously as President and Executive Vice President. During his business career, Mr. Drutman spent 27 years as a volunteer Reserve Police Officer with the City of Monterey Park in Los Angeles County, rising to the rank of Deputy Chief. He was one of the senior officers responsible for security for the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles. Mr. Drutman holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from California State University at LA. He is a 25-year member of the American Association for Industrial Security, a lifetime member of the California Police Officer’s Association and a recognized speaker nationally on data security, workplace violence and the cash logistics industry.
