GardaWorld recognizes its people for their contribution to its success

December 15, 2016

Each year, GardaWorld hosts recognition events to honour employees who have accumulated 25 to 40 years of service or have retired during the year.

It is the opportunity for the founding president and CEO, Mr. Stephan Crétier, to thank security professionals for their many years of service with the company, discuss with them and listen to stories about their daily lives on the field.

These recognition events were recently held in Mississauga, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec, and employees who have accumulated 25 to 40 years of service or have retired during the year were honoured.

Mr. Crétier spoke at each event and highlighted his people’s contribution to the success of the company: “When people think of GardaWorld, they do not think of Stephan Cretier; they see the security guard at the mall, the pre-board screening officer at the airport, the agent who protects their company” stated Mr. Crétier. “I thank all of you!” he added.

The recognition events were particularly emotional this year as it was the first time that all employees, whether they were part of Protective Services, Cash Services or Aviation Services, were recognized at the same event. Each employee received a personalized recognition plaque indicating years of service and posed for a photo with Mr. Crétier.

It was a great pleasure to see such pride on the faces of those who represent GardaWorld.

Join us in congratulating our security professionnals who celebrated a milestone in their career this year!
